At Mainstay Psychology, we are committed to transparency regarding our fees. Dr. Nelson is out-of-network for all insurance providers. You will be provided with a “superbill” for all services, which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. You are encouraged to contact your insurance provider to determine if they will reimburse you and how to apply for reimbursement.
Another option is to use funds in an HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account). Contact your plan administrator to confirm coverage..

Fees for e-mail, phone calls, and travel are generally not covered by insurance.
